WRAL.com Mobile Redesign
The project: My UX Design & Usability class partnered with WRAL to develop strategies for a potential redesign of their website. I was (at random) tasked with creating a mobile experience, since many of WRAL's users access the site with their smartphones.
The process: After doing a card sort of every existing asset on WRAL, I used information gained from user testing to develop a new site structure map, user persona, user journey map, style guide, and finally storyboards that show what a new mobile experience might look like.
To learn more about this project, take a look at the following documents:
-
Structure Assignment (in order: project goals, card sort, structure map, user persona, user journey)
-
Storyboard Assignment (in order: project goals, b&w mockups, style guide, storyboards)
Below is only a preview of the project - please visit the provided links to be taken to a downloadable version of each project assignment.
